WE ONLY HAVE ONE COMPLAINT, AND THAT IS THAT THE PAPER SIZE ALWAYS CHANGES WITHOUT ANY HELP.

A good printer, but uses ink like crazy. Bought because of review on ink. Black goes as soon as new cartridge installed.

Always need to clean ink cartridges

I'm very unhappy with this printer. The ink cartridges always need to be cleaned which results in a lot of waste. I'm currently unable to print as 2 attempts at cleaning the cartridges still results in extremely spotty printing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the 2650 looks good. too bad the keyboard is not making contact withe screen/results. After 3-4 attempts, about 60% of the results are confirmed.The FAX does work the BEST I've ever owned for a home use machine.

The worst, most unreliable printer ever made!

I'm amazed at any review that rates this printer above 1 star. It should be a zero! First let me say I had a WF610 before this one. It was a reliable workhorse for over 7 years. I didn't hesitate to buy this one especially at the price point. The first one was a disaster right out of the box. Even Epson technical support gave up and agreed to send me another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is the worst!

My husband purchased this printer for me as I am in college completing my Bachelor's degree. Any time there is a lapse in printing, like a couple of hours or days, I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in to get it to print. This is so frustrating. Also, changing the ink cartridges is cumbersome, to say the least. You can't get the slide mechanism that holds the cartridges to come out from underneath a lip inside the printer so you can't press the tab to remove the color cartridges for replacement. I will NEVER buy another EPSON!
