Took three tries on new laptop to install

The choices are obscure to follow. I had to go the store to actually "play" with the demo to set it up correctly. And the installation froze my new laptop so that I had to reset it to factory settings. I only kept this item because it finally did download. We shall see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the Epson printers. My workforce 645 stopped printing yellow so i bought this to replace it. I do like the controlls 8n the 645 better. They are much easier to use.

This unit had wonderful reviews.
I found the installation instructions a little sketchy. Just follow the on screen instructions on the unit before trying to install the software. Frequently check that screen as you install the software.
