Fast and easy wi-fi setup

The setup of this printer is easy, it is painless for the non-IT guy. The Wi-Fi network setup is fast and accomplishes a usually miserable job effortlessly. I was extremely pleased to have the thing set up without the agony of calling support 2 or 3 times. Print is crisp with great contrast. EPSON has an excellent fairly priced printer in the WF-2650 and the ink is reasonable too. I'm very pleased with my purchase of this printer.

all directions fine until I tried to print from my computer. Have been struggling to make my new 2650 the default printer. The computer won't release my old 610. HELP

I love Epson products. My printer was over 10 years old and only just stopped working permanently. I purchased a new Epson printer and am very pleased with the ease of set up.

I recommend this printer because it's a great product. It prints great. Bold colors, and multi-side printing. This printer has a fax, scanner and a copy machine. I can even make copies not being at home from my cell phone. Wonderful product.
1 negative. Uses a lot of ink sometimes, but hopefully this new machine that they sent me should do the trick. That's the only problem I had.

Frustrating Setup

My home network, router + all devices all worked seamlessly with "WPA2-AES' security setting on 2.4 Ghz band. Epson 2650 would not connect. Solution was to downgrade the network security to "WPA + WPA2" mixed mode. This took quite a while to solve.
Actual print quality looked good, once I got it to connect. If it turns out to be good (economical) on ink, I'd add a fourth star.

Almost returned it, hard to use, don't like it... and it requires at least 50 characters for the review, how about I just REPEAT what I said -- Almost returned it, hard to use, don't like it...

Terrible photo quality

I purchased this printer two to three weeks ago after what I thought was a reasonable amount of research. It was a straightforward setup, and I am satisfied with the plain printing. However I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the photos I have printed, and would certainly not recommend this printer to anyone interested in photo printing. Now I'm stuck with it!
