Forget about scanning or connecting wirelessly

Every time I need to scan something, I either have to download drivers or call tech support. I have spent hours trying to get this printer to work and it's brand new! Can't get the wireless connection to work either. You get what you pay for with this printer.
However, the tech support people are at least helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great printer.
The only issue I would personally have with it is that it isn't printing as fast as I would like it to. x

Poor Performance

I purchased an Epson WF-2650 All in one printer. This has got to be the worst printer I have purchased. There was a problem with the print heads on the first one, which had to be exchanged. The product is slow. I will say that I purchased it based on price and it is not good for volume printing.
Based on the performance of this Epson, I would have to think long and hard before purchasing another Epson product.

I have several of these printers - they set up correctly, the WiFi works as it should and most important they are reliable and produce a good quality print. Recommended to all.

I am delighted with my purchase due to many factors but most notably the ease of operation, the high quality, the sharp prints it produces, the compact size, the attractiveness of the product & the extremely reasonable price!

Straight from the package to the desk it was a quick and easy set up, plenty of help in many different ways that best suits you. I thought I was just buying a regular printer with typical features, but this brand goes above and beyond letting you know they went all the way to insure you have not only a great experience but a great pleasure in using their product! I'm glad I chose Epson :D

I just purchased this printer a few hours ago and is very happy with the product. Printing of photo and documents are very clear. Fax was very easy to set up and friendly user.
