This is the best printer I have ever used. First of all, it's extremely user-friendly for it's functionality, it does what it says on the box but there's so much more inside. Everyone in my family of five, even my 70 yr. old dad, can use it without any trouble and it works on all of our devices, anywhere. From anywhere I can print, scan, change any of it's many helpful settings, view what's printing, approve print jobs, everything and more than I expected. You wouldn't expect a printer with this much functionality to be user friendly, but it is. My computer was in repair at the time when I bought it, but I didn't even need one. After manually plugging it in and loading the ink cartridges and paper, I did the rest of the setup with my smartphone with no difficulty. And if the wifi goes out, it sets up it's own hotspot and I can still print, scan, and fax from my devices. It has so many more capabilities than I can list, and it surpassed my expectation tenfold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't after multiple tries, following all instructions, going on line and watching CD that came with printer get it to act as a copier. It also seems to be selective or hit or miss on when it will print files or emails. I am baffled and not at all happy with my purchase at this point. Old Epson worked fine for 8 years. Albert Edwards

The Epson WF 2650 is not worth the money I spent. I have set it up at least 5 times and it may print once and then it stops printing. I have tried everything. reinstalling, etc. Next week I will have our IT people see if they can get it working better. Meanwhile???
It is also very noisey.

Not a good choice

This unit is too complicated for a Sr. Citizen. I wanted to simply make a copy of a letter that I needed to mail the original. The display panel and sequence needed to set up to make a copy is ridiculous and absolutely confusing. What was the programmer thinking on this thing?

Not as Advertised

I did a lot of research before I settled on this one. When I finally got it home, it took forever to get it set up. The main reason I bought this model was that it has automatic 2-sided printing but no matter what I did, it would not print double-sided. I read the whole manual, I went to their website, I even did some general research and nothing would help me fix this problem. Added to this insanity, the material in which this product is made is VERY cheap. The plastic is thin and feels easily breakable. I fought with the paper tray for a good 10 minutes, just trying to push the tray back in without breaking it. I would not recommend and I will be returning my product today.

Set Up Process Epson WF-2650 printer
on March 16, 2016

The Epson set up process was unacceptable. It took too much time(1hr 30min). The instructions were not clearly written--as a example the CD opened on the computer screen without a single word of instruction accompanying the picture of the disc; later the computer screen showed 7 files with brief titles that did not convey a clear understanding of what to select, finally I selected set up and proceeded. The Epson "instructions" were written from the viewpoint of an Epson employee and not a customer. The setup process was unacceptable.Florida
