Easy to Set up the Wireless

I was nervous about setting up my new wireless printer. It was so easy. I understood all of the prompts and now I am printing. :)

Printer prints fast and clear. Prints good pictures etc. The setup screen on the printer leaves much to be desired. Cumbersome to use. Doesn't give you a clue when it gives you an error. For instance, if there is a mismatch between the printer and computer settings it doesn't give you a clue what the mismatch is.
Right now I have a problem with it. It keeps telling me to turn the printer off and back on. I've been on the Epson website and still don't have a clue as to why.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

only works with your own router, pay less with another companies router even though you paid for your own

Terrible install instructions

Getting the unit started is difficult when all you have is pictures. Hard to know when items are complete.
Not that knowledgeable about the tech, use it as needed, but I am able to read and understand instructions. Pictures not so much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

unit failed upon activation

Print head failed on third print task. Returned unit to store of purchase and refund applied refund to another brand. Changing paper type requires adjusting printer at printer location, cannot be done from computer and lacks automatic paper type sensing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were stuck using a seven year old printer, that we were so reluctant to replace.
The cartridges are so much cheaper, the UI for the printer is sleek and very user-friendly.
Could NOT regret this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

printer setup easier than expected.
replaced a previous Epson printer that no longer printed streak free.
use with desktop, laptops and iPhone to print thru wifi.
love the double sided print feature.. save on paper.
