Best Printer Ever

We have purchased several brands of printers for our home office and the EPSOM is by far the best we have ever used. Not only are the prints clear and have excellent quality, but the ink for the printer is no where as expensive as our previous printers from other companies. It is quick, user friendly, and a breeze to install. We recommend this printer to anyone looking for a quality and economical printer for their home office or business.

Pretty good

Got the printer installed and operational in fairly short order but after installing several laptops, I have multiple Printers many of which I expect are duplicates. Default print selects a FAX printer and the print button (non-highlighted FAX button) does not show up until I select the first printer on the list. Then FAX prints instead of FAXing. Paper selection seems rather confused. When I load envelopes, no other action should be needed to print envelopes. I have to set printer defaults to envelopes. Control panel is an onging mystery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst printer I've ever bought!!

I bought this printer after reading great reviews on it.However, this printer works about 10% of the time and makes me want to scream every time I even try to use it. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone! Worst printer ever!!

This printer is so good I chose to get a second one - it can do everything and is very inexpensive!

I bought the printer because it has all the features I wanted and the price was great. Ink prices so good I purchased an additional cartridge pack to have at home. Set up was a breeze, compact. Very happy.
One issue, the cartridges packed in the printer were the wrong ones. luckily I had the right ones on hand. Prints very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
