I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up!!! I kept thinking something was getting ready to go wrong because NOTHING ever goes that easy! And the print quality is excellent!!!

I hate it that when Windows10 sends automatic upgrades, that you have to reinstall the Epson software or have McAfee tech to repair the printers status from offline back to ready.

Good all-in-one workhorse

Just installed today, but that went smoothly. After a few trial and routine printings I have been pleased with performance. This machine provides many Sacramento, indications of providing good support in a home office. Plus the pleasant surprise of a purchase price even better than expected.

Bought this printer to replace a competitor's brand printer in-the-home, because we needed something compatible for a Mac. We are *very* impressed at how quick and easy it was to install this product. We highly recommend its purchase, and we would again buy an Epson printer product at our next purchase.

Just set it up. The wireless printing dose note work. The printer is set up and on the network but it can not be detected. I have to use a UBS at this point. UBS works. The ink is very expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST. PRINTER. EVER.

Rotten design, cheaply made, bad software, noisy. The tiny papertray is located under the output, so you constantly have to close it up to either re-fill the tray, clear jams, change out your paper, or just check the remaining quantity. This happens A LOT as it jams constantly (with good quality paper) often 5 times before printing even one page. The papertray itself is very flimsy plastic - I am not hard on things but I worry it will break soon, what with being pulled out and pushed back in 10-15 times per use. The software is so non-intuitive, changing from one-sided to two-sided takes 5 screens, if you can even find it. The software seems to add a blank page to ever print, so when it finally does print, you get nothing. And then get to start all over! My printer is in my laundry room. Even on "quiet mode" this is much louder than my washer. I cannot make a phone call in the room while it is attempting to print. This is my 3rd Epson printer in 25 years. The others worked so well and lasted so long, I thought this purchase was a no-brainer. Epson's quality has declined so much, I will switch to another brand when I can't take it anymore and throw this one out the window.
