Uses TOO MUCH ink. When I do not use it, print dries and I have to buy new. When in use, the printer by default uses the ink without my printing. When I buy a new cartridge, ALL OF A SUDDEN the others drop in amount. Within a few I then replace ink cartridges that had been more than 2/3 full. Ink is wasted, by the printer.
Recently the rollers stopped working. I purchased a new printer. NOT Epson.
If the ink was more appropriately priced and did not get wasted, I would have stayed with Epson, because print quality is good.
I had the printer about a year.

Never thought I could hate an epson printer

In the past, I've had the best of luck with Epson printers and so have been an Epson faithful. That is, until I started using the WF-2650.
Both the printer and the document feeder have regular paper jams. The printer jams about 1 in every 10 pages, and the document feeder jams 1 in about every 4.
When it's working, the printer is very, very fast and the print quality is everything I've come to expect from Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST PRINTER EVER

Every time I print a few sheets of paper I have to replace the ink and even if there is black ink left I still can't print. I cannot afford to run this printer. Never again will I buy an Epson product.

Don't expect much from this one!

This printer is consistent about one thing. It's ability to lose the IP address and give the "printer offline" message is outstanding. The only way to get it to work over Wifi is to unplug it and turn it back on or reinstall the printer driver. In addition, once one ink cartridge is replaced, another one immediately gives out of ink. So, I purchased the XL cartridges and changed them all out at the same time. Now, I can barely see the image on the page I printed. There is ALWAYS something going wrong with this printer. If you love to troubleshoot, have alot of free time on your hands, or just enjoy "tinkering" with technology equipment that won't work, this printer is for you! But, if you really need to get some work done and don't have time for all of that do not purchase this printer!

Epsom Printer WF-2650 Rwview

I bought the WF-2650 to replace my NX-300, which after 5-years of excellent printing/scanning finally expired. The 2650 appeared to be as close to the 300 as far as size, configuration, etc. It prints & scans just fine, but the old adage "If it is not broken, why fix it applies".
1. This printer is much noisier than the 300, even when not in use.
2. The scan menu/program is much more complicated with more useless steps for the same results as the 300. Also does not show amount of ink used.
3. This one being double sided printing, the paper tray is on the bottom, which does not give room to get your fingers on the handle. I have to sit the printer on a platform or at the edge of the desk for clearance.

Setup was quick, easy, efficient. Quality and speed of the prints are remarkable. Great price!! Small but powerful. Smartphone compatible. I love it.

Great all-in-one

The WF-2650 is my first all-in-one. Has everything I need to do quality printing, scanning (to file) and copying. The FAX function is a bonus for me. Print speed is faster than I expected with great quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
