WF 2650 All in One

I bought this printer to replace another Epson All in One Printer that had "expired". This unit was priced very competitively, and I thought may it was be just a stand in until I could buy a more expensive unit. No way will I even consider changing! This unit is amazing - quiet, fast, so many new options, easy to use - a delight to have in our home office - and tucks neatly away under the desk unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

my experience with setup has been a nightmare. the auto update messed up all the settings and i have spent over 7 HOURS trying to get it to "copy" but it just continues in a loop of "SELECT" . I press it,it goes right back around and around. The "SCAN" won't work, EITHER. I hacve uninstalled, reinstalled at least 6 times..... NOTHING. I would not recommend this printer. It is just too frustrating.

No where did the instructions state the PRINTER MUST BE OFF when removing the paper tray. At least, I didn't find the instruction. I really liked my old Epson with the paper feed from outside (no tray) and straight through paper path.

This printer will not connect to my computer for a SCAN. I bought it in November 2015 but only got it set up a couple months ago, It will connect to print things FROM the computer, but it will not SCAN TO the computer. it says: COMMUNICATION ERROR. CHECK TO SEE IF THE COMPUTER IS CONNECTED. There are no cords to connect the printer to the computer and the computer is fine. What's UP?! So disappointed.
