Improve Setup for Satisfied Customers

The 2650 control panel and setup process was
initially very frustrating. If the machine got stuck on one operation command, the setup process
could not proceed. It took way too much time to
complete the process. Setup Guide videos did
not explain the cursor operation and responses
in order to efficiently complete the setup steps.

WF2650 wireless printer

Good unit, fast setup. Works well with wireless printing on android phones and tablets operating with Kit-Kat or better OS version. Cannot advise with Apple products, have not tried. Prints from desktop or laptops either wired or wireless thru networks. Very clean and clear printing, both photos and print.
Print cartridges need to hold more ink. Even the XL220 unit runs dry quickly. Overall a great unit with fax, scan, copy and print capabilities. I would recommend to anyone that this is money well spent.

i have had epson printers before and was sure i could get a first quality printer this time....but what a surprise i got...all these months and i still cannot keep it printing no matter what method i use to support it....very very disappointed

when it works it prints good. Ink does not last. It is to expensive. I have to pull the plug 110 volt and push it back in to print some times. Also I have had trouble with the black ink not being recognized as being new. I had to buy a new cartage it worked then I used the other cartage and it worked. Also it seams to need to be on all of the time so the ink nozzles don"t dry up. Would I buy another one probable not.

WF-2650 Wireless Printer

This is a very nice printer for the home but it's a little bit on the noisy side when starting up and printing. But that's really not an issue.
The quality of the print is good. I haven't yet tried the photo printing so that is still in question.
Overall, at this point, I would recommend this product. However, if it's not going to be used for an extended period of time DO NOT remove the ink cartridges and shut off the printer. The ink heads will dry and clog and you will have to replace the printer. I had to replace my WF-2540 for this reason. Leave the ink installed and the machine turned on 24/7.

In box instuctions are HORRIBLE!!

I recieved the WF 2650 with next to NO instructions and have had it now for 3 months w NO luck of RECIEVING FAXES even after looking thru the Online support PDF files :( Everything else works GREAT! It Sends faxes FINE and also Copy Scans and Prints with NO Issues BUT the Instructions could have been better and I am HOPING that the RECIEVING Fax function will be resolved QUICKLY!!!
