Very reliable and efficient printer

Having a few past printers that have not performed as described I am very pleased with this Epson Workforce. It has a great saver on print cartridges and so far it has outclassed all other past printers we have had. Extremely fast set up and the Fax works to perfection as well as the scanner.. Owned this for 6 months now and the original cartridges still work...amazing. Plus I must forget to compliment Epson for their automatic updates, both for software and printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst printer ever

I absolutely hate this printer! I wanted to get a 645 which I love, but it was discontinued and this is the replacement. It is cheap materials, frequently malfunctions and is a general pain. I am going to throw it away.

Do Not Buy This Printer

This printer software is the worst excuse for printer software ever. The copy and scanning functions requires a P.H.D. to use. It took me 30 minutes of effort to be able to make one scan! And then you can’t even read the scan preview scans. The little screen requires you to go through endless questions but other printers let you do the set up in the software on your computer. This printer software operation is so difficult to use. It appears that this Epson printer is one that I will not buy again. The only thing I did like about this printer is that the Smartphone and table app worked well. DO NOT BUY.

Lack of "Easy Users Guide"

When I opened the box to set up my WF-2650, I looked for an Easy Users Guide - an abbreviated guide in how to use the product without having to search through the whole online User's Guide, but I found NONE. Only a "Quick Guide that showed the Control Panel, Loading Paper & Solving Network Problems. I followed the ON SCREEN setup procedure and I assume that EVERYTHING is working okay, but not totally sure yet. I printed out 125 pages of the "Users Guide", but I could not find any reference pages in it to locate any of the steps listed in the guide. I went through and manually wrote down all the procedure headings and page numbers. This is the first time that I've had to go to such lengths to find out how to use a product.
I am in the process of writing down an abbreviated usage procedure of my own.
I just don't think that I should have to do that....

Best printer I ever used. Easy to set up it doe'nt take a brain surgen to set up. I received this printer as a Christmas gift but I did suggest this printer.

Wish I would never had purchased it. Extremely difficult to navigate and set up. Now am having problems with the Black Ink to print. Have purchased Epson printers before for a small business and was very satisfied with them, this one is terrible.

3 hours of frustration

My wife and I spent 3plus hours with this piece of garbage of a product, (We are both college educated)...and STILL COULD NOT GET IT TO PRINT WIRELESS, nor could we get it to connect with our Microsoft Surface Pro computer. I'm returning it and will never buy another Epson product.

I bought this and have now spent 2 days trying to get it to work.
I've reloaded the driver CD about 10 times now. I've tried to connect wirelessly, and it won't work.
I've explored everything in the manual, etc. to no avail.
I finally have it where I can print using a USB cable. I can fax, but can't make it let my answering machine work as well.
I can scan, but only end up with a dark grainy item, nothing like what I wanted.
Very frustrating.
