Prints well but does NOT make copies at all

I've done every single thing recommended by customer support and I still can not get this brand new printer to copy a document for me. I have cancer and have tons of documents that I need to have copied and I can't get it to copy one. It either wants me to change the paper size or type buy still never will copy when I hit one of the copy buttons. You simply can't copy a document with the ease of one button. This cheaply constructed printer is going back immediately and I will never buy or recommend an Epson printer again.

Cartridges Won't Print
on August 6, 2016

The cartridges for the printer has a limited number of prints and when it reads that it is empty, it won't even try to print another job. It remembers the cartridge you used so it knows they are used and will not allow you to reuse it. I need something printed and will have to wait to get 2 new cartridges. I just bought the black one the other day, now need 2 color cartridges.
What a pain.

Worst Ever

This printer uses ink faster than any printer I've ever owned. The print head clogs constantly. I have only printed about ten pages and I have gone through 2 sets of cartridges. Now it won't print color or black, just blank pages. I would not buy an Epson product again.

I've only had this printer a couple of weeks, however, to point it has performed very well and was very easy to set up and link to my computers and IPads.

Not so good so far

I have had possession of this machine for about 3 hours. I have registered the product, connected it to the Internet, connected it to my computer, connected it to E-connect, connected by computer to Epson's E-connect, shared my personal information, tried to connect by USB, tried to update firmware, tried to reinstall the software, I have not yet tried everything, but the computer sees the printer, the printer sees the network, I'm online (DUH - otherwise I could not write this), I have a new computer, Win 10/64 system. ...
SO WHY CAN'T I PRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Printer I have ever owned
on December 2, 2015

I have had many printers, including other Epson's but this is the worst ever. Copy function is fickle and works on and off but rarely on. Went to replace ink, decided to use XL cartridges, Epson manufactured, and the printer does not recognize them. What a waste of money. To big to be a good paper weight so it will definitely work to hold trash down in the trash can. I have babied and pampered this for a year and I am sooooo done with this. Off to by something that works.
