Not Good

This printer looks great and sounds great in it's description. But I don't like it. I can never get it to just print. Every time I'm ready to print something, I have to go through this whole production number to get it to print. Turn it off, turn it on, try to figure out which buttons to hit to get it going. It's a shame. t's is too complicated for me, but it's all I have, so I have to use it. You might want to look for another printer before trying this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson WF-2650

I really like this all-in-one printer and, especially, the high quality service from Epson. Unfortunately, my first 2650 model suffered a malfunction making it inoperable. But Epson promptly (and I do mean promptly, like while on the phone with the Epson service center) replaced the broken printer with a new one in just a couple of days.
So, because I like this printer a great deal and I love the service I received, I recommend Epson and its products.

Great machine, inadecuate instructions

The setup instructions were OK, but there were no instructions on how to navigate around the display and perform various operations. Caused lots of problems.

Worst printer I've ever owned

My Epsom workforce 2650 has never worked correctly. I wish I had taken it back to the store before the 30 day period was up. This is the worst printer I've ever owned. It's bad enough that It won't print most of the time but it won't even make copies. The thing is practically new. I thought the problem was the Mac drivers but that shouldn't effect copies..smh I'll never buy an epson product again

Great at Printing, AWFUL at Copying

This printer is great at printing, and I enjoy how you can print from your phone too, although the copying is terrible! I have spent HOURS trying to get it to work, and it still won't. Seriously so frustrating. I want to throw it away. Totally useless.

User Friendly!!

I have bought and set up many printers over the years and never have I been able to set up so quickly and with such ease. The printer is very user friendly and works like one only hopes when you take them out of the box!! Good Job Epson!!

Setup

The setup doesn't tell how to prime the ink. I think that you have to hit the Start/Colour button to activate it, but I'm unsure. I got this printer mainly to do 8.5 x 11 photos, but I haven't tested it yet. The DPI specs look very promising.
