not recommand for a MAC the scanner won't work,it's been 2 hours to update this printer WF2650 and it's impossible to use it

Great So Far

Easy to set-up. Does everything I need at a great price. Warranty support was great. First printer had a bad scan bar. Called Epson on Friday night. They sent me a replacement. It was delivered on Wednesday and no need to send back defective one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Complicated set up and use of printer

This is by far the most complicated and user unfriendly printer I have ever encountered.
The window screen options do not allow you to do what it tells you to do. You get locked in to a situation and cannot get out. I would certainly take it back if I could. I am highly disappointed with it. I have an Epson scanner that I have had for years and am very happy with it but this printer. :(

Runs out of ink frequently

This printer decides on its own when the ink cartridges need to be replaced. I feel like I'm replacing ink every week, and I don't even use it that often. Shouldn't I be able to decide when to replace the ink on my printer?

Ink cartridge interface

The functional interface when attempting to operate while in the notified "low ink" period is way too difficult and intrusive. You should never be prevented from printing despite being low on ink, it should be my choice if not all colors actually print. In fact I think the printer is locking-up because none of the on-board menu choices will work with the only thing which clears the hang is to unplug the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial evaluation of Epson Workfroce 2650 Printer

I needed a low cost wireless printer to supplement my Epson CX8400 that is used as the primary color printer
Installation went smoothly and all three window computer can now communicate wirelessly to the Printer. This printer is extremely fast in printing and can produce a full Excel sheet in 5 seconds. I have not tried to do a color photo at this time since it will only be used as a secondary color printer

The only negative issue is the fact that the printer after being on for several day locked up 3 times, and the power cord needed to removed and reinserted to get everything working again. Epson recommended that I install the latest driver and firmware from their site, which was done 3 days ago, and so far the problem has not shown up again. I would like to revisit the review in several months when I can be in a position to evaluate ink usage, and quality of a color picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have never been able to get this printer to work. Can print sometimes from computer but can never make a copy.

The printer is great for printing. However, I am having problems with copying as the setting keeps reverting to glossy paper rather than plain paper.
