first setup

I am having a very difficult time setting it up due to poor documentation. I tried to download a users manual without success. There is no computer cable with the set and it is operating extremely slow on WiFi. Now I have to go back to the store to find a cable and hope it saves the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT PRINTER FOR THE HOME

I purchased this printer for home use.. We have multiple laptops and mobile devices. Within 10 minutes of unpack-aging the printer. We had all devices linked to the printer.
Easy to set up and install. Great color copies. and scanning capabilities. overall a great printer.

Haven't been able to make it work yet

I purchased the printer last night, brought it home and commenced to do the setup. The Printer wants to default to Fax mode, refuses to print. I think this is a situation that could be resolved with the aid of tech support. I am fairly fluent in "Computerese", I worked with computers and printers for the last 12 years before my retirement. I suspect that this may require a complete set-up again, but would like to speak with a tech first.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Total waste of money

I've had Epson printers in the past , and that is what prompted me to buy this one.
Trouble shooting in the "Quick Guide" tells you next to nothing. Even less from online searches. You'll see lots of "Best Printer" type statements... but take them with a grain of salt or a shot of whisky - because, eventually you will not like this printer.
Ours is giving us this grinding sound from the area under the tray holding the ink cartridges. It has to be the gears that are slipping as they attempt to mesh or eventually grind themselves away.
Were it not for polluting the water, I'd use it for a boat anchor.

I have never had such trouble hooking up a printer before. This is however my first wireless printer.
I have spent hours trying to get it working.
At this time it is still not hooked up. I had to call just to get it to take the ss#.

The printer stop working for no reason what so ever... after a while. I've been spending time trying to make the printer to work and it won't work.
