I purchased this machine only yesterday and had no problems connecting it to my network. Additionally, the quality of the products, whether copying or printing, is definitely something I would proudly use to represent my business.

I appreciate the quality of EPSON response & workers. I bought a defect EPSON printer and the EPSON company didn't hesitate in sending me a new printer. I appreciate the fast response and the no hassle in the defected printer. Thank You EPSON:))

Slow print

Great price, except you get what you paid for. Love the look and seemed would be simple to work(not all those buttons). But, you have to program some functions to get them to work, ugh. I needed a printer that would print quickly (informed me it would) and this is slowww.

WF-2650 all-in-one

Size is compact and has small footprint.
Buttons are easy to see on front panel.
Paper is easy to load.
Being that this printer is an all-in-one, I'm disappointed I cannot use the fax. Despite having wi-fi, I cannot fax because it needs a landline (hard wired) to plug into for faxing. Epson needs to develop a wireless method as these days most people do not use the old fashioned wired to a socket phone. I'm also disappointed in the way the printer AND the manual discuss how to change one-sided to/from two-sided printing. Despite the screen showing one-sided print, I still have it running through the 2 sided process and you cannot stop it because your first print is still in the "works" of the printer for second side print and pulling it out would either destroy the paper or break something in the printer! Therefore, I print the side I want then turn that over to blank page and let the printer run through it's second "printing" of nothing. It's a work-around! It takes more time and I have to stay at the printer to do this (mine is about 10 ft. away from my desk.) The manual is of no help....trust me, I've read it! Next thing, the printer is clunky loud so if you have small children you don't want to wake up when the printer starts, this might not be the one for you! Next...ink is used up very fast even on pages that do not have a lot of text of some sort. I've put the 3rd cartridge in since I bought it last month and I do NOT print every day and I'm not writing a book! This 3rd cartridge is the more expensive "XL" cartridge so will see if this at least lasts longer! I am impressed with the way the printer handles the "draw" into the machine. So often, those little wheels don't pull paper smoothly and straight! The WF- 2650 does that well. Despite the things I don't like I will keep the printer and just figure out my work-arounds for what I need. The price was right for what I use it for.

The instructions of setting up the various functions is a hit and miss, maybe if you are not as e-tronics as I am...But I thought that a clearer job could be shown in more detail (eg. how to move cartridge to install color cartridges).. and be a little more details..

We were satisfied with our previous Epson so we bought another, a WF-2650. It worked for about a week then quit. Called tech support who walked us through several tests & determined it didn't work so sent us another one - same model - no shipping charge to us. They allowed us to ship non-working one back to be recycled.
The newest one works well, except it makes very loud noises when it gets turned on & off and when it prints.
We have to set both the computer & the printer when changing types of paper.

I would rather never print again in my life

This printer breaks at least 3 times a month. Whether it's the connection issue between the wifi and my laptop or the PRINTER NOT ALLOWING YOU TO PRINT IF ONE INK IS LOW.... IT IS THE WORST PIECE OF ELECTRONIC IN THE 21ST CENTURY.
I WOULD RATHER HAND WRITE 30,000 PAGES THAN USE THIS FOR ANOTHER SECOND.
SEND ME A NEW ONE.
