This is the worst printer you could ever own. Cartridges are hard to replace. Can't print in black only if color cartridges are not replaced. Id like to throw it out the window, I have never been so dissappointed in a printer before.

I've owned this printer for about three months. I'm on my third cartridge, in about 30 sheets of printing. Won't recognize cartridge Continues to say brand new cartridge is empty. This thing is trash I'll never have these products in my business again.

Terrible printer

This printer is the worst excuse for a printer ever. The copy function requires a Ph.D. to use. It took me 45 minutes of effort to be able to make one copy! The little screen requires you to go through endless questions using a primitive communication method. The printer operation is so difficult it is impossible to use. I am taking the darn thing back. This is the second Epson I bought. The first one I took back because the paper feeder in the back of the printer could not feed the paper straight because of poor design. It appears that Epson printers are a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY.

The worst printer I have ever owned

This is undoubtedly my worst printer purchase. It goes to sleep and doesn't wake up. It does not read the paper size accurately and frequently tells me I have the wrong paper. I have to remove the paper tray, put it back in, and pray. It's rare that I can send a doc to the printer and not have to get up and go to the printer to do something. Reboot it, re-install my wireless key (as many as five times one day), cancel my print job from the queue and start over. It's very frustrating. Although I think the quality on the printing is good--when I can get it to respond--the colour on photos is not. Don't even consider this printer for photo printing.

Impossible to get hooked up with computer.

I've been at my computer 1 1/2 hours trying to get this printer to work. It still isn't working. I will stay here another 30 minutes, then I'm returning it back to the store. I followed directions to the T....It's still not working.

Simple Process to Set-up

The set-up process was so easy and I am always hesitant when it come to new technology. I was doubtful about being able to set-up the printer without assistance. Well, I did it all by myself!! The directions gives you a step-by-step picture and the CD installs the WiFi automatically to the printer. After following the instructions, I was up and printing in no time at all. Easy installation!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
