Software install and registration - painful

First install attempt - it stopped at 68% and sat there. Had to abort and try again.....
Then went through all the registration steps. It popped up multiple errors, said it had to quit, info would be lost. Popped up window multiple times.....
Then I got a registration confirmation email anyway... what ??
I have installed many printers over my 30+ years in computer industry - this was most painful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ink that came with printer was bad, because after one print it ran out of ink already.

The printing on 2 sides is great, however it takes a very long time to scan a lot of papers through so you can e-mail them. I mean if you have more than 3 it will take a while for them to scan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought an Epson WorkForce 545 years ago and it was a dang good machine. Unfortunately it got old and although it kept up with my needs it started to give me minor problems, well what do you expect it was quite old, I use it for aback up now for copying and scanning. I just bought a workforce 2650 and I love the features, such as being able to copy from my phone and and some others that I can do wireless. I switched from hp a while back and I can say I enjoy the Epson much better, easy set up, even though I have not tried any of their tech support, most things are pretty simple to figure out. Thanks for a great product and I hope this one lasts as long as my other one did.

Had trouble loading the Wi-Fi found the router but would not accept the password. Finally got the printer to accept the pw only took two day to set up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so happy with my new purchase setup was simple this printer produces great quality copies and this model has a scanner and a fax machine this is great!!!
