Tough to set up if you are not computer savy

Set up was difficult but I managed to get through on my own. The printer driver was not on my computer to install printer successfully. I was however able to download it off the Epson website. Don't go to other websites as they will charge up to 29.00. The step by step process was OK with the exception of not letting me know if I should perform the actions on my computer or my printer. Lucky there was a fail safe after I failed the first attempt and it stepped me through perfectly. Its a great product and a fast printer and the quality is good regarding the printer. It would have been nice if the disk that came with the computer had the driver information on it. It took about 30-45 to figure out and down load the information from the Epson web site. Thanks for offering the driver for free EPSON. Otherwise I would have returned the product and never purchase an Epson product again. I am however satisfied and appreciative now that the process is finished. Now the stress can go away. lol

It won't print!!!

I have set up many printers in my lifetime... but the instructions for this printer are just horrible! The screens on the printer and my computer say it is set up and should print... but it does not print... just spits out blank pages... if I don't resolve this issue today (after 4 days of working on this) it will be returned tomorrow for a full refund... we should all be able to expect a brand new printer to print!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used my printer for the first time today. I was amazed at the speed and clarity of my documents. I would tell anyone who asked me about a printer and I would tell them about my new Epson and to take a look at them before buying one.

So Far So Good

Purchased the printer this afternoon. Set up on both a Windows and Mac. Whole process took about a half and hour. Set up was easy and fast. All functions working properly.

Useless

I bought this one because my previous model wouldn't stay connected to the wifi. This one won't only not stay connected to the wifi, but won't even connect with a usb connection. All I can is make copies. Waste of money.

I have owed many Epson products over the years, and have never been disappointed. The workforce all in one is easy to set up, easy to use, and I like that you can change individual ink colors. Great product and a great company

Very East Setup

I purchased this all-in-one because the fax machine died at our office and I needed to fax something immediately. I bought the cheapest fax I could find. (Sorry Epson!) Brought it back to the office and set it up. Very easy to set up! Also very easy to set up the Wi-Fi. Very impressed with setup. Faxes slower than our other fax, but faxes well. Impressed so far. Probably won't be using this as a copier, scanner, etc. -- just faxing. So far, so good.
