I am sold on Epson Printers. They are efficient, economical, and easy to set up. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a computer for home/personal use. It is very reliable.

I have never had so much trouble installing a printer. It's been added to the network but nothing is listed when looking for WiFi printers. And my computer isn't finding it when it's plugged in via usb! And it won't install using the provided cd.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent set up disk. It made the installation run smoothly. Always liked Epson products starting with my first dot matrix printer in the 1980s.
The "Start Here" instructions was concise and easy to follow for the unpack and install. Great Job!

Installation was difficult, because despite doing nothing more than instructions said, it was interrupted. Had to call customer support to help, but they did, sent me new drivers and stayed on phone with me until I got it done, so my faith is slightly renewed with Customer Service. Now I just hope the printer works as well as the tech was capable of fixing the installation issues!

I would like to know, why ? when I downloaded the disk in my computer, a lot of things were unenviable to me, it says so right on where it list all my soft wear.? and why wont it let you change the ink buy pressing the B&W BUTTOM? T hank you Mrs. Roach

My 6 year old Epson finally bit the dust after MUCH use by a college professor and high school student, so I knew I wanted an EPSON. This new one was simple to set up, prints fast and I love the 2 sided printing. Great price with many functions. Thanks EPSON
