I come to find that this PRI ter is not all that gun but its a printer not supposed to be...its ok

When assembling, found plastic to be shoddy.
Installing software found out it's not compatible with
apple. Updated to apple epson3, its still not compatible with wifi.
Says nothing about this on box.Tried attaching it to time machine,worked for on day landed up with "oxf1" error and can't get out of it. Tried for two days. After 34 years with epson Il be moving on.

Lousy incomplete installation instructions

I got as far as "print test page" and hit a brick wall. It gave me an error message but no instructions as to what was wrong and how to fix it. I am taking it in to a computer geek in town and PAYING him to get this installed. You need a better installation manual, something with a problem solving section. I can't give a review on this printers capabilities because I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK!!!!!

Had to get ink before I can copy my tax 1040 got ink NOT WORKING Yet 6 hrs later. Husban & I not happy campers will wait till tomorrow to continue. Husban lead Elect tech on Apollo. lots of ease in this guy even at 80 yrs old . give us time we will get it. if I DO SAY IF it can be done.LMMA

Poor Instructions. Simple things you can figure out but should be better documented; i.e. found yellow tab on ink cartridges that stated "pull" but nothing in the instructions. Stated a usb cable was needed but no specific type on usb cable identified. Did not require a usb cable because your computer system is already hooked up to the wireless router and has required information.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The reviews I read prior to purchasing all stated it was clear and cut instructions..........not for me, but thankfully I was able to get through to a tech, in less than 3 minutes, who had patience to walk through a couple trouble areas with me. One was my stupidity and the other was a glinch in the product. All was rectified and everything seems to be working properly now.
I would recommend this to a friend!
