So far so good

I only just purchased this and have made just 2 pots and both tasted great and even with grinding it didn't take too long. My issue so far is that I can't get the strength button to work. Nothing happens and there isn't any help in the manuel. I'm willing to think it might be something simple that I'm missing but maybe it just doesn't work. Assistance please? I paid for the features and I'd like them to all work, especially right out of the box.

I love this coffee maker (CM5000BCKT). I have had it about a year now. Works flawlessly. However I broke the filter basket/grinder unit. Where can I get a replacement?

Loved it - replacement parts?

Have loved my mill & brew - but just recently broke the carafe and can't find another locally. Would also love to know where to get a replacement basket/grinder as the coffee oils seem to build up over time and unable to clean

Cloudy coffee

I bought this coffeemaker last Christmas (although didn't use until April) and we have never had a good cup of coffee. It is cloudy and full of coffee sediment. I have a sister with the same machine and hers makes great coffee. Looks like we have a lemon...can this be replaced?

Why oh why can't you just make a replacement caraf

Love this machine. Fantastic coffee, freshly ground beans each morning. I'm on my second machine because last year I broke the carafe. Well, guess what - 1 year later, I broke the new carafe. Where can I find a replacement carafe? I'm happy to buy one, but can't find one anywhere. HELP!!

I bought this 2 years ago Feb, and this is the 3rd one. All of them started leaking from the bottom. Absolute garbage. Loved the machine other than that, but now trying to figure out warranty, trying to get a different machine...again.

Makes Great coffee, but carafe is too delicate!

Bought this coffee maker a couple years ago. The carafe broke way too easily just after we got it. Ordered a replacement and waited weeks and weeks. Called to ask where it was and said they were back ordered and didn’t know when they would be back in stock. After complaining, they shipped us a new unit. Not too long after having that one, the carafe cracked. We managed to get a few more weeks out of it before it actually broke. So the coffee maker sits there. Unfortunate as it’s a great coffee maker! Came on this website today to see about ordering one, read the reviews to see I am not the only one with this problem. Still unsure if it’s worth it to get another replacement if it’s just going to break again.
