I received this or a gift Christmas of 2015... After 6 maths it started brewing only 10 cups when we put in 12 cups of water.. You can't pull the craft to get coffee when brewing or it will spill all over the earring plate. Currently it's now only brewing 8cups.. Where does the water go!! 2 stars for convenientsy if cleaning.. What a waste.

SLUDGE and grounds in my cup

I bought this a replacement for another brand of grind and brew, as I was looking for a more affordable option. Not only was there sludge in every single cup (some grounds in last cup), but it broke after one week of use. The tab on the showerhead snapped off during normal use and cleaning, so the pot will not start brewing as it always thinks the grinder lid is open. This along with the fact that the grinder is designed poorly, with too much room in it to properly grind the beans, as they are not bouncing back off of anything and being repeatedly ground in what is usually a WET grinder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaking!

Love that this is an all-in-one machine, but it leaks water all over counter from the back of the machine. I'm now debating whether I should attempt to crack it open to fix whatever the problem is, or just trash it. Disappointing.

intermittent leaking

Makes great coffee and functions like our previous Mellita. Has started leaking from the bottom during brewing. Cleaning didn't help. What to do?

Loved it at first but has slowly begun leaking more each day, warmish clear water from somewhere behind or underneath. Sure the grinder basket takes a little time to rinse out but way less trouble than the Cuisinart mill & brew, and much like the old Melitta one I loved. Excellent coffee although I would like to choose a higher temp. Would be an excellent buy if it would only last, wish I'd kept my receipt.

Worked great for about a month

After a month of using I noticed it is steaming away about 2 cups of water during the brewing process. I did the vinegar cleaning and still no better.

Flashing blue light

We bought it about 4 months ago and up until now it has been great. This morning instead of a nice hot cup of coffee I have a blinking blue light. This needs to be fixed quickly I cannot run out a buy a new coffee maker that is the reason I bought this one.
