First Purchase - Excellent; Second Purchase - ??

We bought our first unit and loved it. We bought our second unit for our condo, and after a few days, the coffee maker would stop brewing mid-brew and the power light starts blinking. I regularly have to re-adjust the brew basket and re-close the lid, and then it brews the remainder of the pot. No matter how much attention we pay to make sure everything is done right on the front end, the problem continues (not the case with our first unit). We are open to suggestions or replacement. If we can get past this, we highly recommend.

Not Working at All

Got the maker around Christmas time and working perfectly fine until today. It does not do anything with just blinking blue light on the on/off button when I tried to make my coffee today. It worked for not even half a year, and it doesn't last at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

power button blinking

I bought a b&d 12 cup coffee maker and grinder almost a year ago, suddenly it stopped working and the power button keeps blinking.

Trying to find paper filters that fit!

I just purchased this coffee maker 2 days ago. I would like to find paper filters for it. As the beans I purchase come from another country and I am awaiting for their arrival. In the mean time, I am using a very fine ground coffee. Can someone suggest filters to use with this product?

Blinking power button

I love that this pot grinds and brews, and also love that it will have my coffee ready for me when I wake up......sometimes. Other times it starts brewing and then turns itself off and the power button blinks. This is so frustrating :(

We loved our coffee maker but it just stopped working, (the blinking light problem). I left a review on here and in no time was contacted and they have sent out a new coffeemaker. Thank you we were really disappointed about it stopping working but after such an awesome experience with great customer service, we would recommend buying this product/any B&D product if this is the customer service you give!

have had for about 5 months now and it does require good cleaning but the coffee and grind features are 1st class. I would like a spare grind and bre basket though so whilst one is in the dishwasher another can be used, may be they will not make available until the 2 years in service is up? Good sturdy machine and well worth the money so far.
