Good Coffee but leaks water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this coffee make for about 7 months, it makes great coffee but it has been leaking some serious water lately all over the counter. I'm not sure what is causing that or if something has broke.

Excellent brew for 8 months till it quit

This coffee maker was a gift from my daughter after graduating college and getting her first full time job. I really loved that it was red and I would wake to brewing coffee in the morning. Then one morning I had a flashing light and no coffee!
I've cleaned the entire device inside and out and despite repeated attempts to coax it back to life all I get is a light flashing mockingly at me. My daughter is devastated and is now avoiding anything Black & Decker. I too am extremely disappointed. I not only do not recommend this product. I tell people to only buy if you enjoy waking up wondering if today will be the day it quits!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent coffee maker - need new Carafe

Had this for almost a year, no complaints, most likely the best coffee maker we've ever had. Unfortunately i just cracked the carafe while cleaning and it seems the replacement is hard to come by online. please direct me to correct site - thanks

Difficult to replace

I got this as a gift, my boyfriend loves it but while cleaning the carafe somehow cracked. It is getting worse and I STILL cannot find a replacement. Seems the one on the website aren't compatible. Very upsetting.

Defective!

Everything was ok, this machine completely mt my expectations. But unfortunately it came with defect. Started puking steam, then the tubular heater burned out...Where can I find replacement parts for it?...

Great - Except leaking issues

Like other reviewers have written, this coffee maker makes excellent tasting coffee. But....it takes a leak all over the counter top every time I make coffee. I’ve cleaned everything removable part several times but that didn’t change a thing so I just fold up several paper towels and put them underneath the whole thing before every pot :/

Great Coffeemaker - broken carafe :(

My wife and I bought this coffeemaker several months ago and loved it! It grinds and brews great! BUT i was cleaning the carafe and knocked it on my granite countertop and a chunk of the glass broke off the bottom of the carafe. I have searched the internet and cannot find a replacement anywhere. Please help!

Looks great, just missing vital parts

I received the package yesterday. Opened it like I was a small child on Christmas. I made a special trip to the store to get 2 lbs of nice aroma coffee beans, drove home, ran to the kitchen, washed the carafe, cleaned out the water tankand was ready to put the beans in and my excitement dropped to disgust. After all this waiting and special trips to the store, just to find out the grinder/filter combo was missing. We are unable to return it because there are nomore in stock. Scoured the internet and I can not find a replacement! WTH? My evil Keurig is dead and now I don't have a coffee option besides the starbucks. I want to use this CM5000B. Where are these replacement filter grinder combos?
