Great Coffeemaker - broken carafe :(

My wife and I bought this coffeemaker several months ago and loved it! It grinds and brews great! BUT i was cleaning the carafe and knocked it on my granite countertop and a chunk of the glass broke off the bottom of the carafe. I have searched the internet and cannot find a replacement anywhere. Please help!

Looks great, just missing vital parts

I received the package yesterday. Opened it like I was a small child on Christmas. I made a special trip to the store to get 2 lbs of nice aroma coffee beans, drove home, ran to the kitchen, washed the carafe, cleaned out the water tankand was ready to put the beans in and my excitement dropped to disgust. After all this waiting and special trips to the store, just to find out the grinder/filter combo was missing. We are unable to return it because there are nomore in stock. Scoured the internet and I can not find a replacement! WTH? My evil Keurig is dead and now I don't have a coffee option besides the starbucks. I want to use this CM5000B. Where are these replacement filter grinder combos?

Finding a Replacement Carafe is Proving Impossible

I've had this coffeemaker for about a year. I need a replacement carafe but can't seem to get one anywhere. It baffles me that B&D does not provide a means to get a replacement carafe especially given the retail price of the machine. The part number as noted in the machine manual is CM5000-01. Please, I want to be able to continue to enjoy this machine and don't want to think I have wasted my money in having purchased it. Can someone please tell me where I can't get a replacement carafe?

Great Product

This is a great product and produces great coffee every morning. Unfortunately about week ago it starting leaking during the brew process and I discovered the filter screen in the permanent filter basket started separating. Cannot find a replacement so its pretty much not operational anymore.

Replacement Carafe nowhere to be found

My mom got me this coffee maker for Christmas and I loved it! It's past tense because I just broke my carafe and am looking online and cannot find a replacement carafe anywhere. What gives? This coffee maker is pricey enough to warrant replacement parts. Not to mention, I try not to contribute to our tendencies as a disposable society. Black & Decker, what do I do? I'm rating average because it didn't even last me a year and I can't fix it.

Love it! But...

We are on our 2nd Mill and Brew 12 cup maker. We love it, but the carafe broke this morning while cleaning it. Where to buy replacements? None we've found have fit just right, which is why we are on the 2nd maker. But replacing the entire coffee maker each time the carafe breaks is getting expensive!

Sediment Problems

I bought this 7/16. I brew 8 cups using 5 measures of whole beans setting 8 cups on grind and the least strong brew setting. I then add 9 cups of water. My daily problem is excessive sediment. While the flavor is good the last 2 cups are very muddy. Can you help me?

Do not buy!

My husband purchased the coffee maker as a gift one month ago. Have used it four times. The screen flickers or is solid black and will not turn on.Have spent hours setting and resetting, get it working only for it to stop after one cup.Terrible coffee maker.I am returning it.
