I love this coffeemaker

I've had this coffee maker for a couple of years now and it is great. However, I have been searching hi & lo for a new carafe to replace the one my husband broke. I'm not having any luck. Can you please tell me where I can order a replacement? I can't find it on your website. I will probably order two just in case.

Love this machine

It's great to grind and brew fresh coffee in one easy step, but the craffe is broken and i cannot seem to find a replacement

Great coffee, but no longer working

I've had this coffee maker for 3-4 months and it made by far the best brew I've tasted at home. That said, it is now spewing steam and no longer functional. It takes forever and only brews half the water, the rest is lost to steam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee but too much steam.

Great coffee

I have had the coffee maker about 6 months makes great coffee.only problem i have is the grinding basket fell apart..and cant get a replacement.

Smells great and makes the perfect cup of joe.

We've had this machine for over a year and it has started to leak water during the brewing cycle. It's not being overfilled and we have started to use ground coffee instead of beans to keep it as still as possible. This hasn't helped. My husband will not let me replace it with any other style, he loves it that much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaking a Little Lake every brew

Love fresh ground and being able to set it the night before as my wake up call. This was an extravagant gift to myself, and was hoping it would last me a long time. I keep it very clean, and have trouble shooted all the "clogged" leak points per the manual. Doesn't matter...it's leaking a minor lake of water every brew. It doesn't matter how many cups or if I use mill grinder or not. I'm super bummed, because the pretty red matches my kitchen perfectly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this coffee maker a few months ago for my husband, and he's enjoyed it very much. He had been looking for a coffee maker with a built in grinder, and this one worked well and fit our budget. The only issue we're having is that the carafe is broken and we haven't been able to find a replacement for it. We'd love to keep using it, but now it makes a mess when we do.
