The coffee maker is functioning fine but much like the other people in this thread, I can't find a replacement carafe (CM5000-01) anywhere! Please help!

Love my Mill and Brew coffeemaker.

Purchased the Mill and Brew last fall and love it. Grinds coffee beans efficiently and quickly makes great coffee. I love the "sneak-a-cup" feature. Unfortunately, the carafe fell off the kitchen counter and shattered. I went online to find a replacement, but none was available. Could you please tell me where in South Florida I may purchase a replacement carafe?

Need New Basket

I bought this a couple months ago and love it, but when washing the grinding basket, I managed to separate the mesh from the plastic. Is it possible to get a replacement basket?
Love the coffee maker! No problems!

Great Coffee Maker

I have been using this for 2 years, and have never had a problem. Today I was cleaning the pot, barely dropped it, and it shattered. I can't seem to find a replacement anywhere online. Can anyone help?

Great features

We bought this coffee pot a year and a half ago, and it has been wonderful. The ability to grind fresh beans has changed my mind about coffee pots, and the ability to program grind and brew time means that I wake up to fresh coffee each morning. Unfortunately, the carafe has cracked. Is there a way to purchase a replacement carafe?

SOME OF THE BEST TASTING COFFEE!

I received this a little over a month ago as a gift and all of the sudden water is coming out of the bottom onto my counter which is disheartening because my husband and I absolutely loved this coffee maker. I am not sure if something came loose or what. I tried to remove the bottom but there is a rivet preventing this. We are back to using our old coffee pot, and that is when we definitely realized the quality of the brew of this coffeemaker. SO I would recommend because I am sure this is a an isolated incident as I do not see this occurrence in any other reviews,

Makes Amazing Fresh Ground Coffee!

Makes amazing fresh ground coffee but the carafe is made of such thin glass that it cracked in our dishwasher. Need a replacement carafe but can't find one that will fit this model. Help!!!!!!
