Love it but

Bought this a couple of months ago and love it. The only problem is he carafe is glass. It broke and now I have to replace. i wish it came other a thermal carafe option not glass. other rgan this is been great. Grind and makes coffee smells great in morning.

Dangerous

I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and I this year. Went to set it up Christmas eve so that he would wake up to the smell of fresh coffee in the morning! When I plugged it in and ground my coffee beans in it, I set the timer and went to walk away....as I was walking away, I could smell burning plastic!!! I turned around to see smoke billowing out of the machine. I'm so glad I was right there to unplug it instead of going straight into the basement like I had planned. This thing almost caught my house on fire!!! Maybe I got the lemon of that batch, but still a very awful experience with this product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee Maker!

I bought my first one almost a year ago, it started leaking after some months of regular use. I took it back to the store I had bought it, just a few weeks ago. They exchanged it for a new one and it works great! We like it very much, but sadly this morning my son had and accident with it and the glass carafe (Part # CM5000-01) slid out of the base and broke into pieces, so sad... I seem not to be able to fine this part anywhere, can you please help me find it. Thank you!

I love this coffee maker and the fact that it grinds fresh every time! Unfortunately our carafe has broken and I cannot find a replacement. We tried with a universal carafe but that didn't work. Is there a thermal carafe available for this coffee maker ? If not, I'd really like to find just the regular carafe so I can continue to enjoy my more than necessary morning brew :)

Best ever but need replacement grinder blade.

I love our machine. We have had it a year now with not a single problem. So easy to clean and reload. Quiet. But now we have broken the grinder blade and can't find a replacement. If there are no replacement parts I will likely buy another one but that would be a shame as the rest is in excellent condition after a 1000 of pots of coffee literally.

Love it but now I'm carafe-less

This is an awesome coffee maker, but we needed a replacement carafe and what I thought was a replacement when I bought it caused it to leak everywhere. Is there nowhere to get a replacement? It would be a bummer to have to buy an entirely new coffee maker for this reason.

sudden issue...

I purchased this unit in Sept 2016 and been working fine except for some fine grinds getting through in the perked coffee. Today (JAN 6/2017) I go to grind and perk and the blue light comes on and I set to # of cups but when I push the blue button, nothing happens. I even set the auto programmer and still no grinding...any ideas what suddenly happened?
