Love it but now I'm carafe-less

This is an awesome coffee maker, but we needed a replacement carafe and what I thought was a replacement when I bought it caused it to leak everywhere. Is there nowhere to get a replacement? It would be a bummer to have to buy an entirely new coffee maker for this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sudden issue...

I purchased this unit in Sept 2016 and been working fine except for some fine grinds getting through in the perked coffee. Today (JAN 6/2017) I go to grind and perk and the blue light comes on and I set to # of cups but when I push the blue button, nothing happens. I even set the auto programmer and still no grinding...any ideas what suddenly happened?

Unable to find a proper replacement carafe!

This is a pretty decent coffee machine, with the attached grinder, and timer features that allow you to wake up to a perfect cup in the morning. However, the locking mechanism on top is very touchy, and if not locked down JUST SO, you will wake up to a blinking blue light instead of hot coffee. Also just had the handle on our Carafe break at the top, and there doesn't seem to be a proper replacement available anywhere, including this website.
I would recommend this to a friend!

(almost) perfect

I bought the Mill & Brew coffee maker about a year ago, and have been very pleased with its performance. Grinds great, coffee is delicious, all features still function. The only problem is that the 2-in-1 grinder and permanent filter basket has a double layer of mesh at the bottom, and once coffee grounds get between them, it's impossible to clean. It seems like this would have been a manufacturing defect, but I have yet to locate a recall. I also can not find the replacement (part # CM5000-03).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It makes very good coffee BUT -

I received this machine as a gift and greatly enjoyed the coffee for several months, but now it leaks water from somewhere inside, dripping across the hot plate and out the back - around 8 ounces per pot. From other comments I see this is an ongoing problem and can't recommend it.

I love it!

I've now had this coffeemaker for almost two years. It still works great! Although recently I broke my carafe, and have not had any luck replacing it. The universal models don't fit properly. Need help finding a replacement.

Great Machine

I love the coffee maker, we have been using it every day for the past 12 months with no problems... until the carafe broke. The only replacement carafe I can see on the website does not look like it would be the correct fit. I cant find one anywhere else either. Very upsetting, we do not want to have to buy a whole new machine when it seems like it should be an easy fix.

I initially loved it, then a few months into using it it broke. Now we have to throw it out. It's very frustrating that I have to spend more money on another coffee maker.
