Great until??

Had this unit for some time now maybe 1 1/2 years Wife always makes the coffee today I did and heard hissing, (coffee getting on the burner) I discovered the water spicket doesn't line up with the hole on top of the carafe, causing the coffee to hit the lid and not go in the carafe. This could cause a shock if it were to get into the burner wiring.Great coffee maker except for this one issue

Too difficult to find parts

I bought this a year ago, have used it everyday and love it. Much better than other grind and brews I've owned in the past. Only problem was this morning my carafe broke. I've looked everywhere to find a new one, this was the only website I found that sells them and of course they're out of stock! I hope I can find one soon or I'll have to go with a new brand.

Leaks

I bought this 6 months ago and loved it until last week when it started to leak about 2 cups of hot water onto the heating element..not sure where the problem is but there is some noticeable wear on the bottom of the basket around the mill attaches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee

I bought this coffeemaker a few months ago for our office. Everyone loves it. But then the carafe broke and I am having a terrible time finding a replacement.

Wont work

I bought this and the second I turned it on, I was met with a blinking light. When I pressed it twice it does nothing, it only turns the machine off. All the parts are closed and in place, however it will not stop blinking

Replacement parts are impossible!

I really like the coffee maker but trying to get a new grinder / basket has been impossible! I can't find them on-line using the model number or the part number. Called the number in the the Use & Care manual but that gives you a web site that doesn't exist! The grinder is part of the basket so, though it still works, if has build-up from daily use. For the difficulty of replacing, finding parts alone, I don't recommend it.

Been Great for a year, blinking power light?

This has been a great machine for the past year, no issues, very convenient with great coffee coming out of it. But just this morning, the power light has been flashing, not brewing. There's nothing in the manual or online about what the issue is or how to solve it. Can someone recommend a resolution?

Good coffee but too many problems

I've had my coffee maker for a year and a half. It makes much better coffee than another brand I tried. But my carafe broke and I couldn't find a replacement, so I've cobbled together another one. Now this morning I woke up to a machine that won't turn on and a blinking blue power light. And the manual has no troubleshooting tip for this problem. Very frustrating.
