Very handy to have all in one!

We've owned this for over 4 years and really like it. Only issue is some very fine grit in the last cup, but not a deal breaker by any stretch. I used to sell coffee in Seattle, so I'm fairly picky, and for the cost and ease of this, it's worth it.

No replacement carafes? Do you not have kids???

I've had one of these a while...how can you sell a coffee maker and not sell a replacement carafe? Looking for the carafe, all I have seen is carafes for other pots and reviews complaining about the inability to find replacement carafes...

LOVE IT!

We bought if over a year ago and i find it much easier to clean the the culinary grind and brews we have owned over the last 5 years. My only problem is i broke the carafe this morning and i am having problems finding a replacement.

Flexible coffeemaker

I bought this a year and a half ago and enjoy the flexibility to use whole beans or ground beans to make my morning coffee. Unfortunately the coffee pot was broken, and I don't see anywhere to find a replacement. Has anyone found a source for a replacement pot for this coffeemaker?

Perfect coffee pot......no replacement parts avail

I got this as a Christmas gift and it has been the best coffee maker I've ever owned. I love it so much I bought a second for my parents. Tonight the glass carafe broke and I cannot find a replacement ANYWHERE for it. I am going to be really upset if I have to buy a new machine instead of replacing the carafe. If I could replace the carafe, this would be a 5 star review. Until I can replace this part, I cannot recommend to a friend.

Grinder stopped working, water wont heat up

Had this machine for almost 2 years. Was always a little wonky. But this morning all I get is the flashing blue light. Beans won't grind. It doesn't work as normal coffee maker either now. Turning the grinder off still does not work. I took all the pieces out, cleaned them, shook the whole thing upside down, put it back together, still nothing. Unplugged it for a half hour, still nothing. Do I just throw this thing away? I need help. Please email me.

Love the coffee- sad about the lifespan

I got this all in one machine about six months ago. It's great for the built in grinder feature, is easy to clean and makes a great cup of coffee no regardless of the size of the batch. Three days ago, I groggily went to make my morning coffee, did everything normal, and it wouldn't grind or brew (the light would flash and then just turn off after pressing start). I tried everything from adding more beans, taking all the parts apart, and unplugging. Finally it magically worked after about 10 minutes of fidgeting. This yesterday morning the same thing happened and absolutely nothing will work to get it to start (I left it unplugged all night and again this morning, nothing). I'm disappointed by the fact that my rather new high end coffee maker is now entirely useless.
