Loved it, but cannot find a replacement carafe:-(

We've really enjoyed using this coffeemaker, but unfortunately cannot find a replacement carafe anywhere. We're on the hunt for a new coffee maker I suppose...

Love the smell of fresh ground coffee!

I absolutely love this coffee pot! I sold my keruig back in 2014 and bought this one! I've never had any issues with it until recently. The filter has buildup on it even though we wash it after every use and clean the machine itself pretty regularly. I've been trying to find a replacement filter but can't seem to find where I can purchase one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine is great, replacement parts not so much

We have had our coffee maker for 4 months or so and we love it but . . The carafe broke and now I can't find a replacement. Looks like its going in the trash. So frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffeemaker - but no replacement parts

We got this coffeemaker as a wedding gift six months ago and it works like a charm. Easy to use and clean. But like many reviewers here, we are questioning the carafe quality. It does not seems durable. We got it out of the dishwasher and it was cracked. We tried to find a replacement one, but they are no where to find.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in no replacement carafe

We have loved our Mill & Brew, but now I have a crack in my carafe and there's no replacement carafe available (we have a CM5000). Can't understand why a replacement carafe wouldn't be available as broken carafes are quite common. Seeing a lot of other folks in the same boat as us. Guess I'm going to have to buy an entirely new coffeemaker, which is ridiculous.

Bit of filter broke when washing - no more coffee

I've had this for about 6 months and overall it's been an ok coffee maker. It does tend to let some grinds and grit into the coffee but that usually settles to the bottom and I've lived with it. This morning however, when I was washing the filter basket the small bit that projects out from the side (at the top) broke right off. Now the coffee maker won't work. I guess the bit that broke is needed to push something so the water comes out? Very frustrated. I need my morning coffee fix :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this coffee maker for over a year. I use to grind in a separate machine. This is so much better. And my coffee is awesome! I get lots of complements. (Good machine + filtered water + freshly ground good beans = great coffee) one problem. Carafe broke yesterday. How do I get a replacement?

Two years, still great

I got this over two years ago to replace my dying cuisanart grind and brew system. I've been happy with it, no problems. Great coffee! The tab on my grind basket snapped off today. Hopefully a replacemt won't be difficult to obtain.
