Great coffee!

I have had my coffee maker for about 6 months. I do notice that it steams about 1 cup out during a typical brew but if I adjust how much water I originally put in it compensates just fine. I am having a problem findings a replacement for my carafe and the one sold on the website isn't compatible. Has anyone found a place to order it from? Thanks!

I love my mill and brew but I have broken the carafe and can not locate a replacement when you go online it hard to determine the right one I brought a universal one but it doesn't fit if anyone knows where I can get a new one from please advise as I am back to buying cups of coffee :(

Love it!

I've used my Mill and Brew for a year and a half and love it! The machine is easy to use, every cup tastes freshly brewed and I like the idea of buying the beans so the coffee stays fresher longer. I've recommended it to friends and two friends have also purchased this machine. I broke the carafe last night and can't find a replacement. Any idea as to where I can find one?

Love our machine, but the carafe broke and we can't seem to find a replacement anywhere! Is there somewhere we can order a new replacement in black? Don't want to have to get a whole new machine.

I was given the CM5000GD coffee pot as an Xmas gift almost two years ago now. It gets A LOT of use and it's held up nicely, until just now when the carafe cracked. I, too, have been scouring the internet for a replacement carafe and cannot find one anywhere! I wish Black & Decker would provide the information on the replacement model and a place where we can easily purchase one! Reading the reviews on here, I know I'm not alone... any chance y'all could help me out?!

Great coffee maker, but can't find new pot

I bought this coffee maker about 3 months ago but unfortunately the glass pot cracked. I have tried looking in stores and online but cannot find a replacement anywhere online or in store. Please help me so I can continue to use this coffee maker in the future.

Leaks

Ours is leaking like crazy. Half the water we put in leaks onto the counter instead of going into the pot.
