Best coffee ever

I bought this coffee pot and a while back and unfortunately the pot broke and I cannot find a replacement. Help I really love the coffee maker and I really would love to keep using the same one. Where do I get a replacement pot?

Perfect grind and perfect cup of coffee

I actually got the red version because I like red appliances BUT my red carafe has broken and I cannot find replacement online or in stores. I like my coffee very much from this maker. Please let me know where I can buy a red carafe.

Best coffee maker but now it stands unused

Just today I broke my carafe to my favorite morning smell. Waking up to a fresh grinded cup of coffee made my morning perfect by the CM5000B. I would highly recommend this for coffee lovers! The down side is the lack of a replacement carafe. I have been unable to find one. If there are ways to obtain one please let me know.

need new pot/carafe

We love this coffee maker, but our handle is separating from the pot. So we taped it back on with Gorilla tape. Where can we purchase another pot?

Good coffee maker

My husband drinks coffee daily, and he loves this coffee maker as he can grind the beans fresh and make a pot in one machine! The only issue is that ours no longer grinds, and the re-usable filter with the grinder part on the bottom has rusted. Where can I find a replacement part for this?
