Broken Carafe

Like so many others I too LOVE my coffee maker, but recently broke the carafe and I am having trouble finding a replacement compatible with the CM5000B.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Carafe broke :(

This is an amazing coffee maker but the carafe shattered. We weren't even using the coffee maker and all of the sudden it just shattered. The weirdest thing ever. Can i get a replacement carafe?

Love it!.. until my carafe broke

It is great to have the grinder attached to the maker, so we can always have fresh coffee.
Sadly, our Carafe just broke, and we have not been able to find a replacement anywhere! Could anyone tell me where can I find a replacement? We're desperate.

Love the product. However, the gasket on the basket cover/water supply spigot has been lost. How can I get a new gasket?

Great features!

I love my coffee maker, especially the programmable setting. However, the glass pot broke the other day and I can’t seem to find a replacement to fit the model.
