Great maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves this coffee maker but the pot broke. HE has tried buying 3 different ones both nothing fit correctly. Can I get info on where to buy a replacement pease. Thank you.

Worjs great, fresh coffee

My roomates bought this and the coffee is amazing. Having the beans grind in the morning leade to a very fresh cup.
I broke the pot yesterday when it lightly jnocked against the side of the sink the wring way. The low rating us due to my inability to find ANY replacement pot. The 'universal' pots that I am finding do not fit.
Great machine, fragile and hard to replace pot
I would not reccomend only due to the lack of avaliable replacements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee maker I've ever owned

I absolutely love this coffee maker especially since it'll automatically make the freshest coffee ever every morning.
However I can no longer enjoy mine. I need a new filter/grinder. Is there a way to replace that instead of the entire unit? My very helpful kids accidentally threw mine out

Receieved the Machine, broken carafe

Got this beautiful coffee machine, cleaned it then started to make a pot of coffee when the carafe was broken. Unable to enjoy the machine. And seem to be unable to find the replacement....Can anyone help me find a replacement carafe?

Great Machine, Tough Replacements

Have had this for over a year now and absolutely love it! Unfortunately, cracked my carafe and am unable to find a replacement. Strange situation to be in, but worth every penny until you need mechanical or replacement support!

I bought one of these after using the exact one at my son's house. I love the fresh ground coffee but my carafe is broken and I can't find a new one. Can someone help? Does anyone know where a carafe can be purchased?

Great but Carafe broke and I can't find a new one!

Carafe broke a month or so ago and I had to twist a huge twist tie around it to hold it together. Have not been able to find another one. Does Black and Decker sell the replacements? Other than that, we love it!! Best coffee ever!!!!
