great for whole bean newbies

We got this over a year ago and never had an issue. We had just started delving into buying whole bean coffee but didn't want to put too much work into it. This was a great compromise. I love the adjustable grinder built right in, as well as the timer you can set the night before. Pretty easy to clean, no need to buy filters either.
Only complaint is that I cannot find a replacement carafe. It held up for over a year then the glass cracked and broke (no big deal, it gets beat up). Replacements are usually easy to find, but I am convinced this one does not exist. Such a shame that your most expensive/ longest-lasting coffee maker doesnt even have a replacement to purchase! Any tips where I can find one for this specific model???

Fresh coffee each time I brew..

I've had my mill & brew coffee maker for a couple of years. The last pot I brewed started to overflow before the pot was only half full. The rest of the coffee went all over the counter. I think maybe it needs a good cleaning but I can't find anything in the instruction book on how to do it. I think there must have been another booklet but I can find it. Some where I found how to turn the heater under the coffee pot off but I can't find it.

Best way to start my day!

I bought this coffee maker two years ago and it is literally what gets me up in the morning! There's nothing better than the aroma of freshly ground coffee brewing (other than the first sip!) However, my carafe broke this morning and I am having trouble finding the correct replacement. Please point me in the right direction...I'm in desperate need for my fresh coffee fix! Thank you!

Fantastic and Simple

I purchased my CM5000 around August 2016 (about 16 months ago), and we love it. We use it almost every day. It’s extremely convenient and the coffee is great! It’s great that so many pieces are removable so you can properly clean the entire unit. Occasionally, a few beans won’t grind (not sure why), but the vast majority do, so there’s no noticeable impact on the coffee. That plus the carafe, which broke this morning, are the reason for the 4 instead of five stars. We’ve looked everywhere for a replacement carafe, but nothing lists this model. It will be a very sad day in our household if we have to replace this entire machine because of the carafe.

Filer has holes

The filter has holes that are burned through after a lot of use. Coffee now has grounds it it regularly. Is there a replacement filter/grinder available?

Great machine until carafe breaks!

I just bought this machine about 6 months ago and we loved it! Grinder and all. Works great and easy to use. Go to fill up the carafe last night and the bottom broke out! sliced my fingers and all :( sad how I cannot find a replacement carafe though. The machine was pricey enough and now we have to throw it away? Please help me find a new carafe!!!!
