We love our Mill and Brew

I’ve been using a separate mill to grind our coffee the night before but since we purchased a mill and brew, it’s been awesome to have our coffee ground moments before it’s brewed! Definitely taste the freshness. But unfortunately our carafe has shattered and now I’m looking to get a replacement. Could you please help us find a replacement?

Can't find replacement filter

We got this about two years ago. We have been really happy with it thus far. Recently we got a small tare in the filter. We tried looking everywhere but can't seem to be able to find d a replacement filter.

Carafe breaks easily

As stated per my previous review, I love this coffee maker. It’s the carafe that is the problem. I recently received a replacement carafe but believe it was damaged upon arrival. It has already cracked again. After no obvious damage. I was wondering if another one could be sent.

Non-universal carafe

We enjoy using this coffeemaker to brew our coffee and having the option to grind our own beans. However my 2 year old dropped the carafe in the sink and it shattered. We cannot find a replacement and have tried purchasing two universal coffee carafes, but the lid on both does not align properly. Disappointed due to the high price of this machine.

It is a mill and brew model # cm5000b type 1 and I really like it ,but the mill basket is wearing out. I would like an replacement one but can not find a part # for it or a supplier. Replacement Carafe

Love this machine! Ours is used every day at least once, sometimes twice. Unfortunately, it is really slow now no even with repeated use vinegar to descale it but, nothing beats coffee made with fresh ground beans so we power on. Broke the carafe the other day and can't find a replacement. Help!

We love this coffee machine. Best coffee works great with fresh beans every day from planet bean. Everyone who sees it asks where they can get one. I cannot find a replacement carafe anywhere. Not interchangeable with other machines. Do I need to buy a whole new one? Where is the best place to buy one?
