Great coffee maker; need new carafe

I love this coffee maker; however I justt noticed that a crack is forming alongside the metal ring. Where can I get a replacement carafe; as I received the Black and Decker Model: CM5000B as a gift about 3 years ago. This is the first issue I have had with it

I do not recommend that you continue using the carafe in the condition it is in. Carafe plate doesn’t stay hot very long.

Immediately after brewing the first pot, we noticed the hot plate only stays on few minutes. There needs to be an option to keep the hot plate on.

I like this coffee maker! It's sort of a hassle to clean, but that's the case with any permanent filter coffee maker. I broke the carafe over a year ago and I keep checking back to see if they sell a replacement for this particular model and they don't! Help! I don't want my money to go to waste!

Great Fresh Coffee

My husband and I love this coffee maker! We use it daily and have had no issues for several months. But sadly, my carafe just broke and the back up one from my previous model doesn’t fit. Please help! We really want our fresh coffee back!

Love that grind but carafe broke

We have had our machine for a year or so. It makes great coffee quietly and quickly! Recently the carafe handle broke and like others, in having a hard time finding a replacement. The machine also seems to leak a little from one of the uptake lines so there is usually a small puddle of water beneath after brewing. But minor compared to how much I love the grind feature!
