Great Fresh Coffee

My husband and I love this coffee maker! We use it daily and have had no issues for several months. But sadly, my carafe just broke and the back up one from my previous model doesn’t fit. Please help! We really want our fresh coffee back!

Love that grind but carafe broke

We have had our machine for a year or so. It makes great coffee quietly and quickly! Recently the carafe handle broke and like others, in having a hard time finding a replacement. The machine also seems to leak a little from one of the uptake lines so there is usually a small puddle of water beneath after brewing. But minor compared to how much I love the grind feature!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long Lasting Works Very Well

This is a well used and well liked coffeemaker. Unfortunately during washing the carafe I broke the pouring spout. Coffeemaker still functions perfectly but I cannot find a replacement carafe. Please help!

Love the fresh grind feature!

Love this coffee machine but I had to buy another machine when my carafe broke because I couldn't find a new carafe to purchase, I would love to purchase another carafe to have on hand if something happens to this one or I'm afraid I will buy a different machine I can get replacements for. This is getting to costly now I have 2 machines and 1 carafe.

Replacement carafe is impossible to find

I have had this machine for almost 2 years and love it. But as is the case with others, my carafe broke and I am finding it impossible to find a replacement or even a replacement model number. I would love some help finding this, as I don't want to buy a new machine altogether!

Love this machine but the filter need replacing?

I bought this coffee maker cause it has the built in grinder, the problem is the grinder is built in to the filter and it is wore out. Cant find a replacement for it.
I would hate to have to replace the whole machine. I love this coffee maker

I love this coffee maker, but my filter (which is the grinding mechanism) has had the mesh lining tear and grounds now go into the coffee but I can’t find a replacement anywhere! Please help!
