Amazing coffee maker.

We have had this coffee maker for 2 years and we love it. Unfortunately, we broke the carafe and the grinder basket is wearing out. We have looked everywhere for replacement parts and can't find them anywhere!

Great coffee and price

Great except coffee grinds in my coffee!

Can't recommend this at this time. Grinds and brews good coffee though only three weeks later, I'm seeing grinds in my coffee!
Upon closer inspection, I see the blade is loose at the bottom of the basket which creates a space around it for the grinds to fall through. If customer service/warranty
delivers to resolve this, I may change my recommendation. Please help.

Better than Melitta!

We can hardly face the morning without fresh ground coffee, so when we found we could not replace our beloved Melitta, I replaced it with the B&D Mill and Brew - WHICH IS EVEN BETTER. It's quieter and much easier to clean. However, the little plastic bit on the handle that holds it to the top of the pot has cracked and won't hold onto the pot. I tried glueing it, but that doesn't work. Help!

Pleasantly surprised!

I very much enjoy the great flavor of the coffee this Mill and Brew makes. It did develop a leak but I was pleased that Black and Decker replaced it for me with another unit. Unfortunately, after less than two years, a small part (pin) has now broken and I am again without my coffee. I'm hoping that I can obtain another brewing basket.

Great Coffee Maker-need to find replacement carafe

We really enjoy the coffee maker. We've only used the grinding option a few times, but it works great and is very convenient. Our carafe broke a while ago and we haven't been able to find the proper replacement yet. How would we go about finding the one that came with the machine?
