Blinking Power LIght

I love this coffee pot, but I have only had it since January and now the power button is blinking and it will not function. Really disappointed! I am hoping that it can be replaced under warranty? I am frustrated because I see that this has been an ongoing problem for this machine and there is no way to trouble shoot this! Black and Decker, please help!

Was working great!!

We have had this coffee maker for over two years now and absolutely love it especially for the grinding feature. Unfortunately one morning we noticed that the coffee beans were not getting completely ground up. Upon further inspection we found the grinder blade mechanism in the basket had worn out and the plastic started to break. I've searched for a replacement basket but have not been able to find one any where. Any help would be really appreciated, thank you.

Makes great coffee

I love this coffeemaker. Probably the best one I had so far. The only down side is that the carafe broke this week and I can't find a replacement anywhere.

Need Grinder Filter Basket

We really like the convenience of this coffeemaker. A bit messy to keep clean. Overall we do like this machine but the grinder filter basket has separated and the grinds and coffee go everywhere. Where can I find a replacement basket. Thanks

Broken basket.

Bought this less than a year ago and the small plastic pin that activates the grinder basket and brews the coffee is broken. Very displeased at this point. Is there a place to get a replacement basket for free since it’s not even a year old yet?
