Broken basket.

Bought this less than a year ago and the small plastic pin that activates the grinder basket and brews the coffee is broken. Very displeased at this point. Is there a place to get a replacement basket for free since it’s not even a year old yet?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffeemaker, BUT I cannot find a replacement filter anywhere. If you make the coffeemaker then make a replacement filter for it.

No replacement carafe

I've had this Mill and Brew for a couple of years now and have not had any problems with it. Last week I broke the carafe and cannot find a replacement that will work. Do you sell replacement's and if so where can I get one?

We love our B&D Mill & Brew coffeemaker, but unfortunately we have a cracked carafe and cannot find a replacement.

Excellent coffee maker until . . .

I have had this about 6 months and was very impressed with the coffeemaker until I had the carafe break while hand washing it. Luckily, I didn't cut myself as it came apart right in my hands. Except for,that happening, I was quite happy with how it functioned. Now I need to find a replacement.
