Great coffee maker, but the carafe broke!

We love this coffeemaker, but the carafe broke and there seems to be NO replacement! Where can I get one?

Great little machine!

We purchased this coffee machine recently and have been very pleased. It has the best features for the cheapest price. However, the carafe recently broke and we need to replace it. I have seen stainless steel carafes and am hoping we can find one that will this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

"Sneak a Cup" way too short

You only have a few seconds to sneak a cup, before it overflows onto the heating pad. I had a Cuisinart which was much longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up when you like fresh ground coffee

This is a great machine if you enjoy freshly ground coffee ready for you in the morning. In the evenings (usually cleaning up after dinner) I wash out the grounds from the morning, load in fresh beans from a local roaster, and turn on the timer. One of my morning highlights is hearing the machine kick on in the morning to grind the beans before the brewing process. It takes a little more effort to wash out the grinder/filter but it's worth it in my household for the freshly ground coffee.
My one recommendation is making it easier to find replacement Brew Basket...it takes a special basket with the grinder blades inside the filter and I can not find a replacement anywhere. Once of the screens has a hole after many uses and I would like to order a replacement plus a spare given how hard they are to find.
Overall, we are very happy with this machine. I will be reaching out to B&D's customer service soon with help finding a brew basket.

Excellent grinder coffermaker

Great Coffee Maker

I bought this coffee maker not long ago and am very happy with it. Unfortunately while washing the carafe it broke, and I have not been able to find a replacement. I have had to bring out my old coffee maker to fill in for now. Are replacement carafe’s available?

Love this but cant find replacement pieces
