Great coffee, but hard to find replacement carafe

Have had mine for almost 2 years and still brewing some life giving coffee every morning. Even bought one as a gift for a friend. However in the last few days the carafe broke and I find it near impossible to find a replacement...

Need a replacement filter!

Love the coffee pot, have had it for over two years and the filter finally broke and I can’t find a replacement anywhere because of the built in grinder.

CM5000B Coffeemaker

This is a nice coffee maker/grinder, HOWEVER, there is not replacement carafe anywhere to be found. Check the top of the lid, for the stop-pour, there is none that will work for this model. B&D needs to make a lid that will work for this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent grinder feature

I absolutely love this coffee maker the only problem is now it leaks due to the filter and unfortunately I can not find a replacement. Any help with this would be much appreciated due to this is by far my favorite coffee maker in 20 plus years.

Good but hard to find replacement parts

I bought this coffeemaker 2 or 3 years ago and love it but the coffee filter basket with grinder has started to wear out after many uses and doesn't really come clean anymore. I need to replace the basket but I cannot find replacement information anywhere.

Coffee is ground RIGHT before brewing!

I love this coffee maker! The grinder is INSIDE the reusable metal filter. You just load it up with whole bean coffee and avoid that dried out un fresh experience.
We set it up before bed and wake up to fresh ground, fresh brewed coffee each day. There are a LOT of setting to control coffee strength and grinding coarseness.
We need to replace our filter/grinder basket.
Can someone direct me to where that part is available?
