Replacement carafes?

Makes great coffee but finding a replacement carafe is IMPOSSIBLE. So sad I'm not going to be able to use this anymore.

Replacement Carafe?

Looking for a replacement carafe and can't seem to find one anywhere for my model. According to this board it seems I have to buy a whole new unit? Can anyone confirm this?

Need Replacement basket with blades.

My favorite over many other grinder coffee maker models I have owned. Several previous responses to reviews about replacement parts only reference an email sent to the reviewer. How about a straight up or down response on if replacement parts are available or not. Last choice send me the email you sent to other reviewers.

Great Coffee Maker but having issues

I was given this coffee maker as a gift about a year ago. It's been a great coffee maker but lately it's been having issues and I cannot use it anymore. Water will sometimes leak through it and almost always, steam will rise through the top and make the coffee maker to hot to touch. I can't seem to get any help from the support team and really don't know what to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the fresh coffee!

We love this coffee pot so much, but the blades seem to be wearing out and not grinding the beans as efficiently as when I first bought it less than a year ago. I’m on the hunt for replacement parts and can’t seem to find them.

Cant survive without

Love our coffeemaker have really enjoyed using fresh beans, it has never failed us. The only down fall is our blades have gotten dull and cant find a replacement carafes.

Stopped working all of a sudden.

Have had for a year or 2 and it's worked fine then all of a sudden it stopped. Figured out the button that lets the machine know the grinder basket is set. Did some investigation and found that the plunger from the shower head piece is not pressing the button and it did not break. The part of the grinder basket that goes over the button is just a hole. Is there supposed to be another part there? If so is there some where I can purchase a new basket?
