My husband has had this coffe machine for over 2 years and absolutely loves it however we are having an extremely hard time finding a replacement basket. :/ so we havent been able to be using it lately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband loves this coffee maker. It is so much quieter than others which makes me (a non-coffee drinker) very happy too!! Our carafe just cracked and we can't find a replacement part. Are there any links to parts?

Great product but cannot find replacement parts

I bought this coffee makers over a year ago and it has worked great. However, I find myself in need of a replacement filter/mill. I have not been able to locate one anywhere.

Great and convenient machine until carafe goes!

We’ve had the maker for about a year and have been nothing but pleased with it! So great to have freshly ground coffee and no longer needing a separate grinder allows us to preset it before bed and still have freshly ground coffee once we wake up! However the carafe broke while washing it a couple weeks ago and I haven’t been able to find a replacement carafe anywhere online. Please help!!

I bought this three weeks ago and was very pleased with the coffee. I went to use it this morning and it is leaking around the basket out onto the heating plate. What as mess. Not sure what to do. It appears that there should be a washer between the basket and the basket holder as that is where the water comes from.perhaps the seal is not quite tight enough?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST coffee maker I have ever bought.

I have to say - this is my most favourite appliance I own. We have had it for about a year and we use it every single day. Freshly ground coffee every AM is great. I also love the reuseable filter. We just dump the grounds into our compost. Waste free!
However - our carafe broke this week :(
I tried to buy a replacement on amazon.ca - and I got it todau - but it's the wrong model :( Where can I buy a CM5000BD replacement carafe?
