Best coffee maker I've ever had! I've had em' all

Over the years I've had grind and brew coffee makers, such as Toshiba, Melita. Tried the mill stone grinder coffee makers, (very expensive). This one hasn't given a bit of trouble. It's easy to clean also. I bought two, because I was afraid they would discontinue it, (it's sitting in the box in the garage).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee maker, easy to use and clean. My only concern is we broke our carafe and it is very difficult to find a replacement! :(

Fresh ground heaven

I love this pot...my favorite sound to wake up to is the sound of the beans grinding for my coffee. I recomend using a lower setting to grind...I set mine at 4 for a 10 cup pot. If not there is a lot of fine grounds that get through. My basket is also starting to wear and I am disapointed I cant find anywhere to order a new one...has anyone had luck?

Great coffee maker but no replacement carafe

We have had our coffee maker for a couple of years and love it. We broke our carafe and have tried all sorts of universal or B&D carafes. None fit. Is there a replacemt carafe we can order that will fit? Our French press coffee has been nice in the meantime but don’t have time for that. We miss our coffee maker.

Great make but broke the carafe and cant find repl

I've had the maker/grinder for probably 3 yrs and have hmm ad no issues other than the makings on all of the buttons have worn off. It grinds and brews my and my wifes coffee every morning without fail. Today my wife knocked the carafe off of the counter and it shattered. I cant find the replacement for this maker anywhere on the site.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heartbroken

We received this as a wedding gift and one month away from our one year anniversary it stopped working. We are heartbroken. We loved it! Now it just keeps blinking and not starting.

Such a upsetting disaster

I was making coffee and did not notice a chip in the glass canister when all of sudden the canister cracked. I cannot find where I can buy this glas pitcher canister to continue using my machine. Please help. Because I do love the machine but cannot use it.
